Dr. Amy’s new favorite “delicious and healthy” dessert!
MOSTLY RAW CHOCOLATE ALMOND MOUSSE RECIPE
serves 4-5
2 RIPE AVOCADOS
1/3 CUP MAPLE SYRUP
1/2 CUP RAW CACAO POWDER
1/4 CUP CANNED COCONUT MILK (NOT LIGHT)
1 1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 TSP ALMOND EXTRACT
FRESH BERRIES (OPTIONAL)
1/4 CUP CHOPPED RAW ALMONDS (OPTIONAL)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender. If it is too thick, add a little water or almond milk. Serve chilled in pretty glasses garnished with fresh fruit (raspberries, sliced strawberries) and chopped almonds.
