Set your intention of exactly how you want to feel during the holiday season… at your favorite holiday party, when you go to bed at night after a party or restaurant outing, and on January 2nd when the holidays are history. It is doubtful that your intentions are to feel over-stuffed, bloated, fat, sluggish, and hungover. So, decide now how you really would like to feel and practice feeling that way.
Example: “I want to enjoy the holidays while being comfortable in my body and completely relaxed around food. I want to feel deeply connected to my family. I want to feel proud of myself when my head hits the pillow at night for how incredibly well I cared for my body.”
