4:30 PM Optional Exercise Opportunity (high intensity intervals or additional yoga session)

5:30 PM Sunset Celebration & Healthy Cooking Class Dinner with Chef Eric
8:00 PM Stargazing from the Balcony, Dip in the Pool, Sleep like a Baby – choose your bliss

Daily Yoga Session (plus extra sessions for those who want them)
High Intensity Interval Training (“bursts”) opportunities for quick, body sculpting workouts
Two Big Meals plus Snacks per day lovingly made by Chef Eric (breakfast daily, sometimes late lunch, sometimes early dinner – this could be all the food you need if you want to conserve money yet also allows you to explore some of the local restaurants which is really fun & you can walk to many great places)
Two Healthy Cooking Classes with Chef Eric (these are super fun, informative, and include a multiple course meal!)
Snorkeling & Sunset Cruise (mid-week, you won’t want to miss a sunset from the water, it is gorgeous!)
