Super Dark Hot Chocolate (for 1)
6 oz milk or milk substitute or water (or combo of milk and water)
1-2 Tbl unsweetened cocoa powder (such as Ghirardelli brand)
2-3 tsp sugar
dash of vanilla
pinch of salt
pinch of chipotle chili powder (optional, for Mexican style)
Heat all ingredients together in a small pot on the stove. Whisk to remove clumps. Top with a few mini marshmallows or a dollop of whipped cream if you are feeling truly decadent!
