Healthy Eating Club ***New***

**NEW: Healthy Eating Club

Forget what you knew about those low fat- high “FAD” diets you’ve been yo-yoing with your entire life. Change your mindset to a low carb- higher FAT diet instead. (IT IS SO MUCH MORE FUN TO EAT THIS WAY!)

Much research has been surfacing about the benefits of a higher fat, lower carb diet. The idea of a “Primal/Paleo diet” is a lifestyle change we have been embracing and we want to educate our members about this healthier way to eat, too! (Names of diets that match this club’s eating style include GAPS, SCD, Whole 30, Ketogenic, Paleo, Primal, and LCHF).

Meat and veggies - the basics to a Paleo/Primal/GAPS/Low-Carb-High-Fat Diet

Wait until you hear the stories from some people who have converted their diets and lifestyle to this way… you will be amazed at how happier, healthier, and slimmer they are!

We all know that one of the best ways to be successful in ANY new eating plan is by having a great support system. Which is why we will be rolling out our Healthy Eating Club, starting Monday, May 11, 2015 at 6:00 PM at Bergen Family Chiropractic.

Come enjoy a once a month meeting (second Monday night of every month) with like minded individuals, learn how to eat for optimal health, ask questions, and share recipes (and sometimes even do some fun tastings!).

*Meetings will be on average one hour, held every 2nd Monday of the month, educational, and motivational. Tea/coffee available – bring your own mug. Walk-ins welcome!

Cost: $23/visit walk-in (if space allows) or $149 Annual Fee (payable every May but if you join after August 2015, there will be a partial discount for missed portion of year)
